1. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Fay's Studio will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and remove items that are out of stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled Fay's Studio will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available, offer you an alternative or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable.
2. Delivery of greeting cards to UK addresses will be sent standard 1st class post via Royal Mail and is free of charge for envelopes classed as Letters and Large Letters by Royal Mail. Should the envelopes be classed as Packets (353mm x 250mm x 25mm thickness max) postage and packaging charges will apply. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
3. Deliveries will normally be made within 7 days. You are advised to order 14 days in advance for any unforseen delays in the post. You will be advised if the item is out of stock. Please ensure that you have provided your telephone number and email address when placing your order.
4. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. Fay's Studio will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure, however Fay's Studio cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
5. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit please contact Fay's Studio via email within 7 days of receipt. If you think your item may be lost in transit please also contact Fay's Studio on the 7th day after placing your order.
6. Returns - Goods may be returned within 7 working days from receipt and you will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to Fay's Studio in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. You must notify Fay's Studio by email to obtain an authorisation code for your return.
It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until Fay's Studio has received them.
In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, Fay's Studio reserves the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Fay's Studio holds your name, address, phone/fax number and email address. Fay's Studio does not hold your credit/debit card details.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing the goods are not damaged, and you will receive a full refund.

Please send your cheque along with a written order stating the greeting card name, the quantity you require, your full name and address and a contact email address and telephone number. Again please place your order in plenty of time for the occasion as Fay's Studio takes no responsibility if your greeting card reaches you too late.
